Mission - Kindergarten No. 131 "Flora" is a modern educational institution:

• guaranteeing the protection of the physical and mental health of every child;
  providing opportunities and an educational space where everyone can find themselves and experience success;
  providing opportunities for full social realization, basic educational training, and forming attitudes for lifelong learning

Vision - the ideal and desired image that every kindergarten strives for:

• a cozy, attractive, prestigious, and beloved place that guarantees the protection of the physical and mental health of every child and shapes the first knowledge, skills, attitudes, and habits for lifelong learning;
• an educational center that integrates the efforts and interests of parents, local authorities, and other partners from the social environment;
• a modern and innovative childcare facility that develops new, relevant competencies in its children and employees.
