Effective Communication’ Training for the Team of Kindergarten No. 131 "FLORA"

On April 5 and 6, 2025, an off-site training on “Effective Communication” was held in Borovets, attended by the team of educators from Kindergarten No. 131 “Flora.”

The course, organized to enhance the communication skills of educational specialists, provided new knowledge and practical tools for better interaction with children, parents, and colleagues.

During the course, participants learned the key principles of effective communication, how to build mutual trust, listen actively, and express their ideas clearly and constructively. These skills are essential for creating a positive and supportive environment in the kindergarten, as well as for improving relationships with the children’s parents.
